We would be thrilled to have you join Nova Dance Coaching. At NDC, our goal is to provide personalised, high-quality ballet coaching that helps each dancer reach their full potential.
We provide personalised support and training for each dancer in order for you to reach your highest potential, as we know everyone’s journey is unique. Our vision is to create a supportive and inspiring community where dancers can achieve their goals, express their creativity, and thrive.
Coaching
$80 p/hr
Our coaching sessions focus on refining ballet technique, building strength, and developing artistry. We help dancers create structured goals with progress tracking throughout the term, this provides them with a clear pathway towards improvement. This pathway will be the roadmap for the dancer’s personalised training plan, which is used as a guide for each lesson. Coaching sessions can include a ballet class, Conditioning, Targeted Technique Development, variation training, solo cleaning, and much more.
Choreography
$200 approx. *
Whether you are preparing for a competition, performance, or personal project, Jade will work closely with you to create unique, captivating routines that showcase your strengths and artistry. Jade’s passion for choreography really shows in each one of her works, whether it be a solo, group piece, ballet, contemporary or neoclassical work. Choreography takes more than one session, please enquire through our email to discuss the number of sessions and pricing.

STEP Up Program

Our STEP Up Program will be coming in 2025! This year-long focus program has limited spots. Dancers joining this program hope to achieve a bigger, long term goal and are ready to make a year long commitment to their goals and NDC. We provide Conditioning sessions to assist dancers to gain strength and/or recover from injuries. We utilise various strength and conditioning exercises to target specific muscle groups and enhance the dancers' ballet technique. We can help you stay on top of your physiotherapy exercises, as we know it can be difficult to maintain motivation, whether you're recovering from an injury or focusing on building strength. Our Conditioning sessions differ from our Targeted Technique Development sessions, as Conditioning takes on a more physiological and anatomical focus, educating dancers on their anatomy and how this knowledge helps improve their technique and classwork.

Combining techniques inspired by Progressive Ballet Technique, founded by Marie Walton-Mahon, Yoga, Pilates, and Floor Barre, dancers improve their classical ballet technique through targeting muscle groups in a ballet context. These sessions help dancers build awareness of their muscles and how to use them in a ballet setting, build strength and control, as well as refine and tone their technique. Targeted Technique Development is different from our Conditioning sessions as the exercises are performed in classical ballet positions and transferred directly to classwork.

Some competitions require dancers to perform a variation, we can help dancers choose a suitable variation, work on their technique and artistry to prepare them for their performance.
If you have a solo with NDC, we highly recommend sticking with us to go through a few cleaning sessions to refine the work and help you get ready for performances.
